My work schedule is challenging, so I was ready for some real relaxation. I called on a Tuesday and asked if there was any way I could book an all-day experience for my daughter and me that Friday. I literally said, "Just give us one of everything and let me know what time we need to be there." We got massages, did the float room, foot detox, lunch (SO GOOD!), salt room, infrared sauna, and cryotherapy. At the end of the day, I told Carla it was nice that we had the whole place to ourselves. She smiled and said that they actually had a lot of people booked. They ushered us so gently from one space to another we thought we were alone! It was FANTASTIC! I left the planning to Carla, and she knocked it out of the park. The time I got to spend with my daughter was relaxed, fun, and meaningful. The facilities were clean, thoughtfully prepared, and quiet. I'm planning to do the exact same experience with my husband, and I know he'll love it, too. I'm not easy to please, and I don't have a single thing I would change about my day at Zen. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
